THE LITTLE KEY +RRH+

The latest book from RRH +The Little Key+, is a structured course to help the developing Magician create their own rituals from historical Grimoires or other similar sources.

In many ways, this book is The Black Chapbook all grown up - the aims are the same, both books culminating in a sequence of planetary evocations, but The Little Key takes you from looking at your sources right through to the rituals, with references to help you build your own processes in an orderly fashion.

When writing or teaching about this method previously, Rob has always included ritual examples of how the process is applied, but came to realise that then it becomes about the examples. This time, no recipes, just a structure and a set of guidelines so you can get to grips with your sources, and build something you properly understand inside and out.

This course takes you towards a sequence of seven Planetary Evocations by Table of Practice, derived from your choice of sources, but the principles of ritual construction discussed here could be applied to any ritual process, whether derived from Grimoires or other Magickal literature, from broader sources, or from one’s own Spiritual paradigm.

The book is organised into three sections, firstly a discussion of the method and principles involved, secondly a step by step process of ritual creation, and finally a set of cheat sheets for the production of your rituals, your practices, your tools, and your Grimoire & Journal.

New Magicians in particular will find the sections on Planetary timing and basic Astrology particularly useful.
